Collision Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection without a deductible (CDW-TP1) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP1 is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP1, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP1, to contractually waive your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss, fire or theft of, the vehicle.

Collision Damage Waiver (Option 2)
Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection with Deductible (CDW-TPD) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TPD is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TPD, the rental company agrees, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TPD, to contractually waive you responsbility for the cost of damage to, loss, fire or theft of, the vehicle after the deductible of up to $2,000 USD, depending on the car class.
If CDW-TPD is declined, the renter is responsible for the full value of damage to the vehicle.

Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability (TPL) is included in the Time and Mileage rate. Subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate TPL, this protection provides coverage for damages and injuries to third parties, up to the policy limits, and provides you with at least the minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws.
A deductible of up to $8.000 USD applies, depending on car class.

Roadside Assistance Proctection
Roadside assistance (RSP) - Roadside Protection and Assistance is included in the Time & Mileage rate. Owner offers Roadside assistance, which provides 24/7 roadside assistance without additional charge.

One-way rentals
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.
Renter Requirement
Must meet the location's minimum age requirements.
Present a valid driver's license from the customer's country of origin.
Present a major credit card in renter's name at the time of rental
International drivers must provide a valid license from their country of residence. In addition to the drivers license, if the characheters are not in English or Latin characters, an international drivers permit is recommended. If the drivers license is in characters other than Latin, an International permit is required or a Notarized English Translation is accepted.
Payment Policy
A passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.
Credit Cards Honored: American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®
An authorization on the credit card will be taken on all rentals and may range from $1200- $2000, depending on car class. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles, late charges or citations incurred during rental of vehicle. It may take up to 60 days for charges to appear on credit card.

Debit/check cards are only accepted at this location as a form of final payment. Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo.

Refueling Policy
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused gas. Pre-paid gas is available at the local fuel prices
Option 2- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay National at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. Price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices. A XXX% surcharge will apply.
Option 3- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges.
Special Equipment
GPS Navigation Device – $10.00 per day. There is a replacement fee of $300 if the GPS is damaged or not returned.
Infant Seat – $4.00 per day. There is a replacement fee of $300 if the infant seat is damaged or not returned.

Roadside Assistance
Available 24 hours: Customer must contact rental service number at 095-633-338. Vehicles are not allowed to be driven on unpaved roads. In the case of an accident/incident, customer must contact local police to complete an accident report, contact the renting station and insurance company so they can be dispatched to assess the damages.
